What should I do if I haven't received a refund?

Please contact our customer service via e-mail info@into-led.com where we can help you as soon as possible. If you have returned products and the products have not been checked upon receipt, please wait until the complete return process has been completed and we have sent you a confirmation email with approval.

If you have paid too much, we will make sure that within a few working days you will be refunded the overpaid amount using the same payment method you used to pay.
