If my order is not complete, what should I do?

You can place the desired products in a new order whereby your incomplete order can be cancelled, you will have to indicate this by email.

As long as you have not paid the invoice for your incomplete order, it is possible to contact us via customer service by e-mail info@into-led.com to place the products you would like to add to your order.

If you have already paid the invoice, it is unfortunately no longer possible to add products to your order. The products you want to order will be shipped separately and with a different Track & Trace link.
