Is it possible to cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, it is possible to cancel your order. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible via mail info@into-led.com or by phone +31 85 8085 238.

If you have already received your order and would like to cancel it, we advise you to register the order and send it back to us. Upon receipt of your returned package we will send you a confirmation email that your return has arrived and been cancelled. You will then receive your money back as soon as possible within a maximum period of 14 days using the same method of payment as you paid after receipt and approval of the returned products.
