Can I change my delivery address?

You can only change your delivery address if your order has not yet been processed, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via mail info@into-led.com or by phone +31 (0)85 303 0027. Please note that our office hours are until 17.00 hours and after that we can no longer help you to change your delivery address.

If your order has already been processed and your package has been shipped, we cannot change your delivery address in our system. Your parcel will be returned by the parcel service and as soon as the parcel is in our warehouse, you will be contacted for a new shipment. The new shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.
