How can I cancel my order?

It is best to contact our customer service via e-mail info@into-led.com or by phone +31 85 8085 238 and give us your order number. We will then check your order and if possible cancel it, this is only possible if your order has not yet been processed.

If you have already received your order, we advise you to register the complete package as a return and then return the package. When we have received your order we will check if it meets the return conditions and you will receive a cancellation confirmation.
