I received the wrong product - what should I do?

If you have received your package, and if you have received the wrong products by mistake, please report a return via this link or contact our customer service. Through the link you can fill in the details and indicate what action you would like to see taken. For a quick handling we ask you to also fill in your order number. Hereby we ask you to send us some photos of the wrong products and the delivered packing note, this can be sent to info@into-led.com.

After the expiration of the above instructions, our returns department will send you the next steps by email.
