My product has transportation damage - what should I do now?

It sometimes happens that a product is damaged during transport. Immediately upon receipt and at the latest within 14 days, you should check all products carefully to ensure that there is no visible damage.

If there is visible damage, you can contact our customer service for a maximum of two weeks after receiving the product. Please mention in your e-mail which article number(s) it concerns, the quantities and include clear photos. One or more clear photos are necessary to be able to process your report. This information will be used to determine which follow-up steps we will take. Our customer service will contact you in this case.
