Can my product be repaired?

We do not repair products and do not replace the product if it is defective due to own fault.

If your product is defective you can return it to us. Upon receipt, we will check the product for the defect you have reported to us and if our investigation can prove that the product is damaged due to transport damage or due to faulty manufacturing, we will send you a new product.
