What is the reason my payment did not succeed?

There may be several reasons why the payment was not successful.

Has not any money been debited from your account? Then the payment for your order did not succeed. You can then pay again.

If money has been debited but you have not received a confirmation, wait approximately 1 hour for a confirmation. It is possible that, despite the traffic volume in our payment system a payment is delayed because of this. If you still haven't received a confirmation after 1 hour, it's best to contact our customer service.
