In cases where we are unable to deliver some products or in other specific cases, you will receive a credit invoice.
For products that can no longer be delivered, an alternative to the product(s) corresponding to features, characteristics and price will be proposed. If you do not want the alternative product(s), we will send you a credit invoice stating how much you will be refunded.
If you overpaid the first invoice, we will send you a credit invoice stating how much you will be refunded.
