When you have placed an order, we want to make sure that you receive the products that are expected to meet your expectations and therefore do not contain any defects.
After your order has been delivered you as a customer have 48 hours to completely check your order for defects. If no report is made within 48 hours, a replacement article, return or credit note will no longer be taken into account.
Private situations will not be taken into account, as a result of which you will not be able to check your order. Schedule a day on which you have time to receive and check your order. It is not your intention to receive the products and leave them in the packaging to go on holiday and only check the products after a week.
Notifications will only be accepted by email and not by phone. Please send an email to email@example.com with photos/video of the defect in your order together with your order number. This way we can process the case quickly and be of better service to you.
